How to install the WPC decking:
1. Make sure the ground is even,smooth and solid;
Prepare the accessories includes decking joist,clip and screw etc;
2. Install the decking Joist,the span between each joist is 300mm normally,some are
250mm depended on the constrcuction condition, the WPC decking should be
perpendicular to the joist.
3. Put the first decking above the joist and insert the clip into the decking groove,fix
the screw to the joist and install the second decking one by one.
4. Fix the egde cover to finish the decking edge.
Product Production Process:
1. Wood power and raw material are placed into the blender and mixed evenly.Pellets are then extruded out at a standard temperature.
2. According to the formulas,different pellets are placed into blender and mixed evenly.
3. Profile will be then extruded out through a mold.After cooling down,profiles are solidified,forming the shape as the mold.
4. Cutting the standard size or according to the customer requirement.
5. Profile processing---grain surface,brushed surface,embossed surface,anti-UV surface.
6. Glue the film into the surface to protect it.
7. Package&deliver.
Quality Control
1.Color stability control
In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard,and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.
2.Bulk production control
Raw material purchased & bulk production controlled strictly to ensure our products’ competition in products’ surface grain, durability and color control.Some tests will be taken in our laboratory before the delivery, includes the boiling test, flexural test,UV aging test,enusre the good quality for the bulk.
FAQ:
1.Can we install the outdoor decking on the concrete ground directly?
It is not suggested and there should be joists installed under the decking to isolate from the ground.
2.How can we install the outdoor decking on the muddy place?
Make sure the ground is steady and clean before the installation, it is suggested to put the concrete first on the muddy ground.
3.Is only WPC material can be use as joist for the outdoor decking? Any other alternative?
WPC decking joist is one of the options for the decking, the aluminum joist is another option for your selection,and we can also offer the self drilling screw for the aluminum joist.
4.Can we customized the color or model we want?
Yes, we can offer the customized service includes the color and model, the minimum order quantity is 3000 meter/color for the customized color;the minimum order quantity for customized model is 1000 square meter/color, more information about our customized service, kindly contact with us.
