Product introduction

X25-s double spindle mobile CNC lathe adopts high precision cast iron, bed heat flow balance design.To meet the needs of long-term use, the whole cast iron inclined bed provides strong shock resistance and reduces deformation, so that the durability of the machine tool is improved. The machine tool can be equipped with power head to complete turning, drilling and milling processing, and can be equipped with bar feeder or truss manipulator and simple feeding to complete automatic production.

Double spindle CNC lathe symmetrical two spines one time to complete the product inside and outside the circle, end face, cone, thread, drilling, tapping, boring and other processes, secondary processing once completed, to provide precision and production efficiency.

Product feature

Guide lubrication adopts volume distributor with oil injection, timing and quantitative supply of screw and guide oil, reduce the waste of lubricating oil, avoid environmental pollution.

Double spindle double row knife left and right sides can work at the same time, one machine is equivalent to the work efficiency of two machines.

The machine adopts the tool row type, the tool change precision is stable, the structure economy is high, can expand the power head to realize turning milling compound processing.
